I have always been fascinated by weather. I love staring up at the sky as there are lightning storms passing by or looking at the interesting patterns clouds can make. The sky is especially pretty before and after a heavy storm and on my way to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina I was able to catch some of these moments.

Just after we got out of the Holland Tunnel in New Jersey a huge thunderstorm had passed by as the sun was setting we had seen this from the car. I even considered stopping the car on the NJ turnpike to get more pictures but that wouldn’t be smart to slow down a 13hour drive to SC

When we were at the beach we were very lucky to have no rain except for the first day we got there. Even then it only drizzled and we were able to see the storm from far away on our balcony
